The Peshawar High Court demanded a comprehensive response from the federal government in the filed case against the Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP) spokesperson Ehsanullah Ehsan. The two-member bench gave remarks and said that the investigation was underway.
The surrender spokesperson of Tehreek-e-Taliban commander Ehsanullah Ehsan case was heard in the Peshawar high court. The case was filed by a father of son who martyred in the Army Public School attack against the TTP spokesperson, who accepted the responsibility of Army Public School attack. The case was reviewed by the two member of bench of the Peshawar high court, Chief Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Ejaz Anwar.
Ehsanullah Ehsan, TTP and Jamaat-ul-Harar spokesperson, was surrender during the April 17 operation. and he is also has applied for apology from the federal government. During the hearing, the lawyer of the Ehsan told the court that whether the federal government is giving forgiveness to Ihsanullah Ehsan. In response, the Ministry of Defense gave a written reply that the investigation has continued with Ehsanullah Ehsan
On the defense ministry reply, a lawyer of Ehsan said that a line in response has been entered by the Ministry of Defense, which clearly shows that the federal government has accepted the petitioner’s request. It is not clear that the written answer is not clear that they will not be forgiven. The two-member bench, while giving remarks, that under which law the investigation is being happening?. After that court asked federal government for a comprehensive response in the matter.
